Research interests
My research interests are in the areas of Counselling Psychology, Vocational Psychology, and Career Development, particularly in the integration of Counselling Psychology and Career Counselling. More specifically, I am keen on exploring some of the psychological factors (e.g., cognitions, values, and personality) that influence a person’s career development and the application of psychological theories and interventions within career counselling contexts. Most recently, my focus has been on how Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can be applied to career counselling.
