Jane Boeske is teaching and researching in the areas of organisational change, leadership and performance management. She is an early career researcher at USQ. Jane's PhD research is investigating leadership for environmental sustainability in Small and Medium firms in Queensland, Australia. She has successfully obtained two internal Open Educational Practice grants ($20,000 each). In 2016, Jane was the lead author developing a Leading Change survey for course MGT8033 Leading Organisational Change with her colleague Eric Kong (as co-author). In 2017, she was the co-author of a Leading Organisational Change Open textbook with Eric Kong (lead author). Jane has senior management experience (more than 15 years) in both the private and federal government sectors in large and medium sized businesses. She has had functional responsibilities for regional, state and national strategic planning, service delivery, staff management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. Jane has strategically led teams of up to 35 personnel, authored business plans, determined regional priorities, set and achieved performance goals. She was also responsible for policy and program development and internal auditing reporting.
