Role at USQ: As an Educational Designer I work alongside academic educators in CISER, OAC and the School of Arts and Communication to enhance learning and teaching experiences through course design and the development of assessment and resources. The Educational Designer can also assist academic educators to review and improve their courses. Biography: Russell has over 2O years¿ experience in design and implementation of curriculum for the Education sector, and has worked in universities both internationally and in Australia. He has worked collaboratively on editorial boards, committees and working groups tasked with improving the quality of programs, course textbooks, learning materials and assessment. He has considerable experience in designing programs and resources that improve student learning experiences. His current PhD research focuses on the professional identities and experiences of academic educators.
