I am available to supervise PhD and Masters students interesting in researching the legal aspects of the above areas. For example:
- the environmental regulation of mining in developed and developing countries
- climate change law and policy
- First Nations peoples' land management practices
- environmental policy and regulation in both developed and developing countries
- wine policy and regulation, including the legal history of this regulation
- corporate governance and environmental policies
- the intersection between consumer laws and environmental laws, eg greenwashing; carbon offsets.
