Dr Zhao (PhD Western Sydney, LLM Wuhan, LLB Zhongnan) is a lecturer in Law. He has taught across a range of law courses for LLB and LLM students. His research and publications are in the fields of environmental law and torts. Dr Zhao has also worked as a lecturer and legal consultant for years before joining the USQ.
