Biography

Associate Professor Helen Farley is the Acting Director of the Digital Life Lab. She is currently leading the $4.4 million Making the Connection project which is introducing digital technologies into prisons to provide access to higher education. Her research interests include digital equity, prisoner education, mobile learning, learning in virtual worlds and the educational application of virtual reality and augmented reality. Helen is also the Vice President of ASCILITE (Australasian Society for Computers in Learning in Tertiary Education).
