Dr Omar Alajarmeh is Post-Doctorate Research Fellow at the Centre for Future Materials (CFM)/University of Southern Queensland (USQ). He is working closely with industry and government projects to carry out research work in the area of construction materials and Structural Engineering and Manufacturing, particularly composites manufacturing and their Civil-Structural applications. He received his PhD degree in Structural Engineering from University of Southern Queensland, MEng from the University of Jordan and BSc in Civil Engineering from Tafila Technical University (TTU). Because of the outstanding achievement in his PhD, he was awarded with "Excellence in Doctoral Research" as a result of the highest possible result for a higher degree by research thesis examination.
